We are pleased to have partnered with our client, a well-regarded Quebec-based company specializing in mission critical industrial and environmental services. They’re a respected player in the industry with multiple locations across the province. Having recently partnered with a private equity firm, they’re now looking for a CEO who will help take the company to the next level, both geographically and by growing their lines of service and profitability.
As a key managerial figure, they will lead all aspects of the company’s operations. Following the strategic direction set by the Board, they will be responsible for making recommendations to the Board and for developing and implementing a business plan for the short, medium, and long term.

Celle-ci vient de recevoir un investissement important d’une firme d’équité privée qui désire s’adjoindre d’un(e) PDG qui saura amener l’entreprise vers de nouveaux horizons, tant au niveau géographique que par une croissance rapide et soutenue de l’offre de services et de la profitabilité.
En tant que dirigeant.e- clé, il/elle doit assumer le leadership, pour l’ensemble des activités liées à l’exploitation globale de l’organisation. Conformément aux orientations stratégiques, il/elle a la responsabilité de faire des recommandations stratégiques au conseil d’administration et ainsi, de développer et d’implanter les plans d’affaires qui seront approuvés à long, moyen et court terme.
