With a presence across Canada, Triton services a wide variety of sectors from power, mining, and interprovincial pipelines. Triton is seeking a dynamic Vice President, Human Resources who will lead the design and execution of human resource (“HR”) strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational success. As Triton continues to grow, this leader will shape the HR function, developing programs that enhance performance and employee engagement.
The successful candidate will bring a minimum of 15 years’ experience in progressive business leadership roles as well as a track record of success in managing HR requirements within rapidly evolving companies and refined strategic planning abilities.
