Make an impact with their growing External Financial Advisory (EFA) team as Director, External Financial Advisory Services. This diverse team of professionals is dedicated to exceeding clients’ unique needs within a rapidly evolving business and financial reporting landscape. As a trusted financial leader, you’ll partner with MNP’s clients and provide valuable financial insights to support both short- and long-term goals. In this role, you will be responsible for building and growing a practice within the first year by actively participated in business development initiatives, leveraging your existing network, and working effectively with MNP’s leverage model to deliver results to clients. Additionally, you will provide leadership and mentorship to staff, offering guidance on best practices and CFO skills to support team development, You will also lead the development and growth of a strong team to support the service line’s expansion and future success.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly across all levels of the organization. They should demonstrate strong analytical thinking, business development expertise, and leadership abilities, with a proven track record in driving growth and inspiring teams. Strategic thinking is essential, with the capability to anticipate challenges and develop long-term plans. The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience as a CFO or in a similar financial leadership role, with a deep understanding of audit, tax, compliance, and financial analysis. A CPA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
