Humanis Calgary and AltoPartners Western Canada are pleased to announce a business combination that will bring together the people, technology, and services under the Humanis name. With the additions of Kevin et Kelsey, the Calgary office is now 12 members strong making ours one of the largest executive search and leadership consulting offices in Alberta. Kevin, who joins as a Senior Advisor, and Kelsey, who deepens our Research Associate pool, hit the ground running on September 16th.
Prior to joining Humanis, Kevin was the Canadian Managing Partner of AltoPartners/Bluestone and a member of the AltoPartners Global Board of Directors. He brings 35 years of experience in executive search and management consulting. As Global Co-Head of the Natural Resources Practice Group and an Executive Member of the Financial Services and Board Practice Groups, Kevin has led board and executive recruitment, corporate governance, and organizational assessment projects, having recruited over 85 board members across diverse sectors.
One of the many synergies that this union brings is a shared commitment to community. Kevin has served on over 20 boards and special committees, including YouthLink, the Calgary Foundation and the Calgary Child Advocacy Centre. He currently serves as a Board Member of AltoPartners Global Board and the Calgary Highlanders Regimental Funds Foundation.
Kelsey joins Humanis as a Senior Research Associate with an extensive background in advanced research and client services. She brings a proven success record of recruitment, development, and retention of qualified C-suite candidates for top organizations in the public and private sector. Having started her career at AltoParnters Executive Search firm in 2015, she has cultivated vast experience across a variety of industries. Her client list includes companies in natural resources (oil and gas/ agribusiness/ mining), hospitality, public (municipal government/regulatory bodies/not-for-profits), Private firms (Legal/Financial) and Engineering /Research & Development organizations.
Kelsey is also extremely community-minded, particularly through her involvement with and passion for the Craft Beer & Spirits Industry. For over a decade, she has been actively involved with Alberta Beer Festivals, bringing events to Calgary, Edmonton, Banff, and Jasper. The organization has raised money for numerous charities including Kids up Front to promote the inclusion and strengthening of communities through connecting children and their families to enriching experiences.
